Salary Range: $20.00 - $22.00 Hourly

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and helping people reach their financial goals? We're seeking a Member Experience Specialist II to join our high-volume Augusta Branch, where you'll build meaningful member relationships, support daily branch operations, and thrive in a collaborative team environment.

In this role, you'll build strong member relationships, process financial transactions, identify financial needs, recommend products and services, and serve as a resource for team members. You'll also assist with branch operations, cash management, fraud prevention, and assisting with training newer staff.

What You'll Do

• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other transactions
• Provide personalized solutions that support members' financial well-being
• Educate members on Credit Union products and services
• Assist with fraud prevention and account research
• Support and train Member Experience Specialist team members
• Participate in community outreach and branch initiatives

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

• Experience in customer service, banking, credit unions, financial services, or cash-handling environments
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• A passion for helping others and delivering exceptional service
• Previous teller or credit union experience preferred

Compensation:

20/hr-22/hr depending on experience.
