MEDICAL CLINIC MANAGER

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Medical Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of our medical support staff across three clinic locations in Oquawka, Stronghurst and Monmouth. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of medical clinic management, and the ability to coordinate and manage multiple teams effectively.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and supervise medical support staff across three clinic locations.
• Ensure smooth daily operations of all clinics, maintaining high standards of patient care and service.
• Coordinate staffing schedules, training, and performance evaluations.
• Implement and monitor clinic policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and administrative staff to optimize clinic workflow and patient experience.
• Manage budgets, supplies, and equipment needs for all locations.
• Address and resolve any operational issues or patient concerns promptly and professionally.
• Prepare reports on clinic performance and staff productivity for senior management.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience as a Medical Clinic Manager or similar role managing medical support staff.
• Experience managing multiple clinic locations is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and clinic operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities across different sites.
• Proficiency with medical management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Relevant degree or certification in healthcare administration or related field is a plus.
