How you'll make an impact in this role
- Lead the journey toward clinical excellence by directing all accreditation and survey activities, ensuring our facility consistently meets the highest national standards for patient safety and care.
- Transform raw data into actionable insights by designing comprehensive reporting systems that empower leadership to make informed decisions and improve patient outcomes.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement across the health system by serving as the primary expert and educator on regulatory standards and evolving safety protocols.
- Foster a high-performing, mission-driven team through proactive mentorship, strategic recruitment, and a focus on staff well-being to ensure we deliver our best for our patients every day.
What minimum qualifications you'll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- Preferred Credential(s): Quality Professional.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing. Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing OR current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State.
- Rehab Therapist specializing in Occupational Therapy (OTR) credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board.
- Rehab Therapist specializing in Physical Therapy (RPT) credentialed from the Wisconsin Physical Therapy Examining Board.
- Risk Management.
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
What additional requirements you'll need
Day Shift, Monday through Friday, hours are typically 7:30 - 8:00 am to 4:30 - 5:00 pm some extended hours required during significant regulatory activity.
Successful candidate will have 3-5 years of progressive experience in healthcare with a background that speaks to leadership/leadership potential, Quality/PI, and regulatory alignment.
