The Xfinity Mobile Arena is one of the world’s busiest arenas, home of the Philadelphia Flyers, Philadelphia 76ers, Villanova University basketball, family shows and concerts. Since opening in 1996, the arena is the centerpiece of sports and entertainment in the greater Philadelphia region as well as prominently featured in the national spotlight. The Manager, Control Room Operations oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of live event production operations. This role manages control room staffing, scheduling, payroll administration, contracts, budget support, rehearsals, and production logistics to ensure seamless, high-quality live events. As a key operational leader, this position bridges creative vision with technical and administrative execution, supporting efficient workflows, strong cross-department collaboration, and exceptional fan experiences in fast-paced live environments.
