Lead Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant Job

Four-Day Work week | $55–$70/Hour + Performance Bonus

SkinGlow MD, a medical spa founded by board-certified physician Dr. Catherine Jung, is seeking an experienced and passionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our close-knit team. We are looking for an exceptional aesthetic provider who combines advanced clinical skills, an artistic eye, natural-looking results, a genuine commitment to building lasting patient relationships and a love for learning. This is an opportunity to grow into a leadership role within an established aesthetic practice.

What You'll Do

• Perform aesthetic consultations, neuromodulator injections, dermal fillers, and facial balancing treatments.
• Perform biostimulatory treatments such as Sculptra and Radiesse, based on training and competency.
• Serve as lead provider for our advanced laser and energy-based treatments, including PicoSure Pro, Clarity II, LaseMD Ultra, Potenza, and XERF.
• Evaluate and manage appropriate hormone pellet therapy patients, including consultations, pellet insertion, follow-up, documentation, and inventory oversight.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that emphasize safety, subtle enhancement, and exceptional results.
• Collaborate with Dr. Jung on clinical protocols, patient care, and practice growth.
• Help mentor team members and maintain the highest standards of clinical excellence.

Who We're Looking For

• Licensed NP or PA eligible to practice in South Carolina.
• Ideally five or more years of hands-on aesthetic injection experience.
• Advanced experience with neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and facial anatomy.
• Meaningful hands-on experience with laser and energy-based treatments.
• Excellent clinical judgment, communication skills, and attention to detail.
• A warm, positive, collaborative personality with strong leadership potential.
• Experience with hormone replacement therapy and pellet placement is highly desirable.
• An established patient following is a plus, but not required.

Schedule and Compensation

Tuesday–Thursday: 10 AM–6 PM
Friday: 10 AM–4 PM
No routinely scheduled Monday or Saturday hours.
