D&M Leasing is hiring an IT Support Specialist for our team in Fort Worth, TX! Be the go-to tech resource for a growing, respected automotive group. You'll support end users, keep dealership systems running smoothly, and help protect the business from cyber threats — all while working directly with people, not just tickets.
What You'll Do
Helpdesk & End-User Support
- Be the first point of contact for IT issues across all locations
- Support staff in person, by phone, and through our ticketing system
- Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and mobile devices
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and password resets
Dealership Systems
- Provide frontline support for our DMS and CRM platforms
- Liaise with software vendors on bugs and integration issues
- Help install, configure, and maintain business applications
Hardware & Infrastructure
- Set up and upgrade PCs and laptops for new hires and lifecycle refreshes
- Keep hardware, software, and license inventory up to date
- Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime
- Troubleshoot network jacks, Wi-Fi, and VPN access
Security & Compliance
- Help enforce data security policy and FTC Safeguards Rule compliance
- Manage antivirus/anti-malware on all endpoints
- Coach end users on phishing and social engineering awareness
Must-Haves
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience listed below.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networking
- Solid knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365
- Great people skills — you can explain tech simply and patiently
- Sharp time management in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter who also works well on a team
Nice-to-Haves
- Associate's or Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- IT experience in auto dealerships or the automotive industry
- Hands-on with a major DMS (CDK, Dealertrack, DealerSocket) CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification
- Familiarity with Active Directory
