Salary Range: $52,000 – $61,535

AEIL is seeking a driven, solutions-oriented IS Specialist to join our Information Systems team. This role supports both office and manufacturing operations, ensuring reliable technology infrastructure across the organization. What You’ll Do

• Provide Tier 1–2 support through our service desk ticketing system
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software
• Manage Active Directory accounts and Microsoft 365 environments
• Support network connectivity, VLANs, and IP configurations
• Maintain virtual environments and storage systems
• Assist with Oracle E-Business Suite and enterprise systems
• Develop technical documentation and train end users
• Manage device inventory and coordinate hardware procurement
• Support IS security initiatives and system maintenance

What We’re Looking For

Required: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field

3–5 years of hands-on IT support experience

Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Group Policy

Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (VLANs, IP scopes, hardware setup)

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Experience: VMware and virtual environments, Veeam, AWS backup solutions, PowerShell scripting, Oracle E-Business Suite, SCCM / WSUS / WDS, Linux environments
