Hourly Pay

Reports to: Club Manager

Essential Functions

• Give excellent customer service to all members and guests
• Supervise the facility and staff during their appointed shift.
• Facilitate and communicate any member issues.
• Serve as Emergency/Medical first responder.
• Proactively meet all members needs and ensure all amenities are full.
• Be familiar with programming, house rules, and procedures.
• Be familiar with all Club operating systems.
• Be first responder for any medical situation or member issues.
• Report any necessary club repairs.
• Display knowledge of club processes and programs.
• Uphold our principle to “improve the day.”

Requirements

Qualifications

• Passion for leading a successful team.
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• Patience, tact and good communication skills.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for customer service.
• Solid work ethic.
