General Office Assistant

The General Office Assistant will provide general office and administrative support to Access TCA, Inc. This position will assist with daily office operations, help maintain an organized and welcoming work environment. This is a temporary, part-time position running from November 2026 through April 2027. The anticipated work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 1:00 PM.

What you’ll do:

• Prepare the office for daily operations and help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
• Run local errands as needed, including purchasing groceries and office supplies and picking up meals.
• Monitor and replenish office, kitchen, and restroom supplies, and communicate facility-related needs as necessary.
• Assist with coordinating company-wide events, team meetings, and employee activities.
• Welcome and check in visitors, clients, and suppliers upon arrival at the main office.
• Provide general administrative assistance and collaborate with team members on various projects and tasks as assigned.

• Previous experience in an office environment or administrative support role preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
