Food and beverage manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our esteemed hospitality team. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of food and beverage staff to ensure efficient operations.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service at all times.
• Train, motivate, and develop team members to achieve optimal performance and adherence to company policies.
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with procurement to manage stock effectively and minimize waste.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist in scheduling staff shifts and managing labor costs in alignment with budgetary guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and implement corrective actions when necessary.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
• In-depth knowledge of food safety standards, hygiene practices, and industry regulations.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with staff and guests.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficiency in scheduling, inventory management, and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings, as required.
