What You’ll Do

As a Farm & Contractor Sales Associate, you will be someone our customers can count on at the counter. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Helping contractors, farmers, and owner-builders find products
  • Answering customer questions
  • Operating the point-of-sale register
  • Learning our products, departments, and store layout
  • Stocking, facing, and organizing shelves
  • Helping maintain a clean, orderly, and professional store
  • Supporting the rest of the Farmland Hardware team as needed

Schedule

Part-time position Approximately 25–30 hours per week Every other Saturday required No Sundays

Requirements:

  • Positive attitude and pleasant personality
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Be comfortable using a basic computer and point-of-sale system
  • Work well independently and as part of a team
  • Hardware, construction, farming, or retail experience is helpful, but it is not required. We are willing to train someone who is dependable, honest, and ready to learn.
