We’re partnering with our client, a growing, multi-office professional services organization, to find an exceptional Executive Coordinator who will work closely with its Managing Partner. This is a highly visible, fast-paced role for someone who wants to be more than an administrative support; you’ll become a trusted go-to resource who helps manage priorities, protect time and keep important initiatives moving forward.

You’ll interact with the Managing Partner throughout the day, so we’re looking for someone confident, proactive, and comfortable working with a strong, fast-moving executive.

What You’ll Do:

• Own a complex executive calendar, balancing meetings, client commitments, travel, events and competing priorities
• Manage and prioritize a high volume of email and communication, including drafting and proofreading correspondence
• Anticipate needs, identify potential conflicts and proactively solve problems before they become issues
• Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, speaking engagements, appointments and other executive logistics
• Prepare presentations, reports, meeting materials and executive correspondence
• Assist with client and business relationships, including meetings, events, hospitality and special initiatives
• Support strategic projects and other business priorities as needs arise
• Provide select personal executive support, including scheduling, travel and other logistics
• Handle highly confidential information with discretion and sound judgment

What They’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience providing executive-level support
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage a demanding, constantly evolving schedule and workload
• Professional presence and confidence interacting with executives, clients and other key stakeholders
• Strong judgment, discretion and attention to detail
• A proactive mindset—you see what needs to happen and take ownership of getting it done
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and business productivity tools
• Ability to work independently while staying closely connected to leadership
