Event coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Maritime and Events Hospitality Coordinator to join our Business Development Team. Reporting to the Senior Events Manager, the candidate will assist with event planning, logistics, and partnership initiatives. This role offers exposure to the full event lifecycle—from initial concept and planning to execution and post-event analysis—while also providing logistical and operational support for company infrastructure and housing.

Key Responsibilities

Events & Partnerships

• Assist with all aspects of event planning, including scheduling, logistics, vendor coordination, swag ordering, collateral shipping, transportation, accommodations, invitations, RSVP tracking, registration, contracts, staffing, and post-event recaps.
• Support creation of communications to promote events and partnerships.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on PR initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
• Represent the company professionally at events, providing excellent hospitality and clear communication via phone, email, and in person.
• Act as host and operational lead at Corporate and Member events.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational abilities with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience or interest in event planning and execution.
• Understanding of luxury brands and market trends.
• Passion for yachting, luxury experiences, and hospitality.
• 3-5 years experience in hospitality, events or marketing.
