About Us
The Just One Project's mission is to increase access to food, resources, and supportive services to build a stronger, healthier, and more connected community.
At The Just One Project, we believe that everyone deserves access to essential resources and the opportunity to thrive. Our team is made up of passionate, dedicated individuals who work together to create meaningful change throughout Southern Nevada.
Everything we do is guided by our core values: Respect, Integrity, Innovation, and Compassion, and by our Gold Standard of service. We believe every person who walks through our doors deserves to be treated with the same care, dignity, and respect you'd want for your own family.
We're looking for leaders who don't just believe in these values but bring them to life through the teams they lead, the partnerships they build, and the communities they serve.
About the Role
As our Director of Housing and Supportive Services, you'll do more than oversee programs - you'll help lead the people, partnerships, and initiatives that connect individuals and families throughout Southern Nevada with housing stability, essential resources, and life-changing support.
Behind every successful program is a team of dedicated individuals working to make a difference. In this role, you'll provide the leadership, guidance, and strategic direction that allow those teams to do their best work while ensuring our programs remain effective, accountable, and centered around the people we serve.
You'll oversee a diverse portfolio of programs, including Operation Home, Continuum of Care, No-Cost Community Market, Shared Housing, HOPWA, Youth, Workforce, and BETterment. Each program plays an important role in addressing community needs, and you'll help ensure they work together to create meaningful, lasting impact.
This is a highly collaborative leadership position where you'll work closely with executive leadership, program managers, community partners, and other departments to strengthen operations, develop staff, improve services, and support organizational growth.
We're looking for someone who is a confident leader, strategic thinker, strong communicator, and passionate advocate for the community. Someone who knows how to balance the big picture with the day-to-day details, support their team through challenges, and turn ideas into meaningful results.
If you're passionate about leading people, building strong programs, and creating opportunities for individuals and families to thrive, we'd love to meet you!
