Muon Space is looking for a Director of Growth Operations to build and lead the operational backbone of our Growth organization. This role owns and scales the teams and processes that support Muon's business development and capture activities: Partner Management, Proposal Management, Technical Writing, BD Analytics & Research, and Pricing. You will report to the Senior Vice President of Growth and work closely with Business Development, Mission Architecture, Mission Innovation, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, Contracts, and Legal.
As Director of Growth Operations, you will be responsible for enabling Business Development and Capture Activities leading to achievement of Growth Targets. This is a player-coach role: you will manage and develop a multidisciplinary team while also rolling up your sleeves on high-priority activities, and you develop the team and processes to enable repeatable, scalable operations.
This position must be performed within the Northern Virginia or San Jose region.
The salary range for this role is $170,000 - $251,000, plus incentive compensation, competitive equity grant and comprehensive benefits package. Final compensation will be determined based on skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location as assessed during the interview process.
