Dental Front Desk Receptionist (Bilingual English/Spanish) | Bronx, NY 10458

Full-time, in person | $19.00-$22.00 per hour, based on experience and skills

Schedule: 4-5 days per week

Monday-Friday: 8:45 AM-6:00 PM

Saturday: 7:45 AM-2:30 PM

(Saturday availability required; the office is not open every Saturday, and Saturday openings vary based on our doctors' schedules)

Closed Sundays

Schedules are released three weeks in advance

Our Bronx dental practice is growing, and we're looking for a bilingual front desk professional who loves helping patients feel welcome. If you have 2+ years of dental front desk experience, this is a role where you can focus on what you do best: patient service.

This position centers on in-person patient care. Phone calls, appointment scheduling, and insurance verification are handled by other team members, so you can give patients your full attention.

What you'll do

• Welcome patients and manage check-in and check-out
• Help patients' complete registration forms and keep their information current
• Collect payments and explain office financial policies
• Keep accurate patient records and front desk documentation
• Coordinate with our clinical and administrative teams on patient arrivals and needs
• Protect patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements

What you bring

• 2+ years of dental front desk experience (registration, check-in/out, payments)
• Fluent English and Spanish, spoken with patients every day
• Availability to work Saturdays when the office is open
• A warm, respectful approach to patient service
• Attention to detail and good organization
• Comfort with computers and office software (dental software experience is a plus; we'll train you on ours)
