Purpose

The Clinical Support Manager shall be accountable for:

  • advancing the Full Circle Health Clinical Support strategic plan,
  • overseeing staff competency, education and development, including leadership growth for Clinical Support Supervisors,
  • ensuring consistency and standardization of Clinical Support services across all clinics,
  • driving quality and process improvement initiatives,
  • enhancing customer service and patient experience within Clinical Support, and
  • managing Clinical Support operations across multiple clinic locations.

This role collaborates closely with teams across all departments. As a leader within Full Circle Health, the Clinical Support Manager must demonstrate strong leadership, uphold organizational values, and possess the managerial and technical expertise needed to meet goals set by the VP of Nursing & Population Health. Leadership at Full Circle Health is key to fostering a positive, collaborative and professional work environment, while supporting the organization's dual mission.

Schedule

8am to 5pm Monday-Friday daytime shifts.

Qualifications

Education

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (LPN/RN).

Experience

  • Three or more years of previous nursing experience required; may consider alternative, relevant experience.
  • Previous management or supervisory experience preferred.

Licensure / Certification

  • Valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Idaho, current BLS certification, and current ACLS certification.
