At Wayfinder Family Services, we understand the unique challenges facing some of our state’s most vulnerable children, youth and adults. Those with disabilities, those without a home of their own, those who have been abused and many, many more. We answer the call for them. We believe in the amazing potential in, and for, each and every one of them. And, together, we find a way to turn that potential into reality.
Wayfinder’s ATLAS program connects Sacramento County children, youth, and families to community outreach, early intervention, outpatient mental health, and Therapeutic Behavioral Services that improve access to care, strengthen families, and support long-term stability. The primary focus on the Clinical Program Manager is to provide clinical leadership for an assigned clinical team within ATLAS, Wayfinder's integrated children's specialty mental health services program under contract with Sacramento County Behavioral Health Services, and to hold accountability for clinical quality, medical necessity and documentation compliance, access and timeliness performance, evidence-based practice fidelity where applicable, and service outcomes for the children, youth, and families served by that team.

PCIT therapist certification through PCIT International or UC Davis is preferred for all assignments and required at time of hire for the position assigned to the PCIT team, with certification maintained thereafter. PCIT International within-agency trainer status, or progress toward it, is preferred for the PCIT assignment. A minimum of three years of post-graduate clinical experience. Completion of the BBS-required 15hr supervisor training course, or completion within 60 days of starting to supervise.
