The Business Office Assistant at Hearthstone:

• Keeps & maintains community contracts.
• Responsible for mailing invoices at each month's end.
• Handles data collection & processing of accounts payable invoices.
• Receives and prepares daily cash deposits, manages the petty cash flow for all community locations.
• Schedules & maintains calendars and reservations for guest rooms & social rooms on location.
• Distributes mail daily, internal & external, for all community locations.
• Assists visitors/residents with requests & concerns and redirects to appropriate person as needed.
