Overview

The Automotive Service Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of the service department within an automotive facility. This position is responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery, managing a team of technicians, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Duties

Skills

  • Proficient in diesel engine repair, oil change procedures, automotive diagnostics, brake repair, and auto body repair.
  • Strong experience in auto service management with a proven track record of leading teams effectively.
  • Excellent upselling skills with the ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate services.
  • Solid understanding of automotive sales processes and customer relationship management.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
  • Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
