RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers promptly and professionally.
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle service needs.
• Communicate repair recommendations and service updates clearly.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and timely repairs.
• Prepare repair orders, estimates, and invoices.
• Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the service process.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience from vehicle drop-off to pick-up.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred, especially with import vehicles.
• Strong customer service and people skills.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Comfortable working with computers and dealership management software.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team.
