Our client, a world leader in biotechnology and life sciences, is looking for a Alliance Manager - Personalized Healthcare Solutions (100% Remote). Job Duration: Long Term Contract (Possibility Of Extension) Pay Rate: $60/hr - $70/hr on W2 Company Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Sick leave, 401K

Seeking an Alliance Manager to manage strategic pharma/biotech/diagnostics partnerships, drive contract execution and account growth, and ensure effective alliance governance and partner engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary contact for assigned strategic partners and drive joint business objectives.
• Lead contract initiation, drafting, execution, and compliance for revenue-generating projects.
• Manage Joint Steering Committees (JSCs) and alliance governance activities.
• Monitor alliance health, deliverables, risks, and contractual commitments.
• Identify opportunities for account expansion and revenue growth.
• Resolve partner issues and coordinate with R&D, Legal, Finance, Commercial, and Operations teams.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Alliance Management experience in pharma, biotech, or diagnostics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

• Experience with Salesforce and Conga.
• CA-AM or CSAP certification.
