Job Responsibilities

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide consultative compensation support to HR and business leaders; research and develop recommendations on offers, promotions, job leveling, and internal equity adjustments using market data and internal analytics.
  • Conduct market pricing and benchmarking leveraging salary surveys (e.g., Mercer, Radford) and tools (Payfactors); evaluate competitiveness and formulate recommendations on market adjustments.
  • Assist with participation in salary surveys, including job matching, data submission, and validation; analyze survey outputs to ensure alignment with internal job architecture and market positioning.
  • Analyze internal pay positioning (e.g., position-in-range, compa-ratio, distribution) and assess internal equity, identifying trends and recommending actions.
  • Prepare and present compensation analyses, market insights, and recommendations to Compensation, HR, and business stakeholders.
  • Support annual compensation cycles (stay at level, bonus, promotions), including data preparation, modeling, audit checks, and validation to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Assist with incentive plan administration and plan design support, including tracking, reporting, and payout validation.
  • Perform job analysis; draft and maintain job descriptions and ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance of job documentation across the global job catalog.
  • Support job matching, leveling, and grade alignment in accordance with global job architecture and governance standards.
  • Partner with HR Operations and HRIS teams to maintain data integrity within compensation systems (e.g., Workday), ensuring updates to job profiles, salary grades, compensation elements, and organizational structures are accurately reflected.
  • Utilize HR systems and tools to produce standard and ad hoc compensation reporting, dashboards, and analytics; support development of reporting solutions for business and COE needs.
  • Prepare, validate, and analyze compensation reports and datasets; identify discrepancies and support data quality and audit processes.
  • Ensure compensation programs and practices comply with applicable laws and regulations (e.g., FLSA, EU Pay Directive, etc.); support audits and recommend corrective actions where needed.
  • Support pay equity analyses and documentation, including data preparation and review of outputs to identify and address potential gaps.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of compensation processes, tools, and templates to enhance efficiency, consistency, and scalability across the global organization.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of compensation or HR analytics experience.
  • Experience with market pricing tools (preferred).
  • Workday or HRIS experience (preferred).
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills.
  • Knowledge of compensation practices and regulations.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Maintains high level of confidentiality.
