The Podcast Media Associate plays a critical role in driving the success of the Fast Forward Podcast by managing all aspects of production and distribution. You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of weekly episodes—from scheduling and coordinating guests to overseeing recording, editing, and publishing across platforms. This role demands a high level of organization, creativity, and precision to meet tight deadlines while maintaining consistent quality and engagement. By crafting compelling clips and optimizing content for maximum reach, you’ll help grow our audience and strengthen our brand presence across YouTube, Spotify, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter). Your work will directly impact our content performance and audience engagement, making you a key contributor to the podcast’s growth and visibility.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full production calendar and schedule one podcast recording per week, including coordinating hosts, guests, and logistics.
• Oversee end-to-end production: prepare materials, coordinate recordings, manage edits, write show notes, design thumbnails, and craft episode titles.
• Publish full episodes weekly on YouTube, Spotify, and other major podcast platforms.
• Create and distribute short-form clips and excerpts across YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Spotify.
• Monitor performance metrics monthly and refine titles, thumbnails, and clips to improve reach, engagement, and retention.
• Maintain a streamlined content pipeline to ensure all episodes and clips are ready ahead of schedule.
