Job Description

Job Responsibilities: (Primary Duties, Roles, and/or Authorities)

  • Acquire new P4HB customers (Prevention Area) and support existing ones (CAWR & Hiatal Area / Phasix Transformation Area) with the aim to increase sales revenue and market share.
  • Responsible for increasing P4HB penetration and profitability in existing accounts through sales process, prospecting, building relationships, post sales implementation and account maintenance.
  • Build close working relationships with range of contacts, including key opinion leaders, throughout the territory.
  • Be engaged on the proper follow up and execution of P4HB line’s commercial agreements.
  • Presence in hospital operating rooms and customers sites.
  • Performs product demonstrations, customer education and in-service.
  • Responsible for update and sampling of products, conduct of market research, organization, and monitoring of consignments.
  • On time communication of extraordinary need for P4HB codes.
  • Performs activity reports such as weekly BVR, monthly forecast, annual projection, event debrief, etc.
  • Organizes / Drives / Implement P4HB Professional Educational Activities.
  • Maintain a high level of technical competence in P4HB lines, systems, and services.
  • Actively participate and implement company’s campaigns.
  • Embrace & Execute SFDC tool and BDWoS process.
  • Participates in internal meetings about sales and marketing.
  • Takes parts in congresses in the framework of the company’s public relations.
  • Participates in training courses on products or sales techniques.
  • Travel outside Athens/ Thessaloniki and abroad upon need.
  • Service management of installed equipment’s based on guidelines.
  • Support and execute pre-launch and post-launch product phase within territory.

Environmental management systems responsibilities:

Maintain 14001 provisions including but not limited to recycling activities and proper use of equipment and facilities.

Anti-Bribery responsibilities:

Responsible for reporting any incidents or suspicions of bribery, comply with organizational instructions and measures for ethical conduct, and adhere to anti-bribery procedures and policies, as analyzed in Annex A.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Able to demonstrate enthusiasm and successful track record in medical device sales which will include the implementation of new product lines and the ability to drive the sales process per plan.
  • Able to prioritize and manage accounts at varying stages of development, including the ability to drive for new business whilst maintaining excellent customer relations within established accounts, including the ability to identify and help in the development of key opinion leaders and product champions.
  • Clear ability to assess and respond to customer needs.
  • Able to demonstrate effective territory and time management skills to efficiently manage administrative and customer facing responsibilities.
  • Will exhibit excellent listening and communication skills.
  • Able to demonstrate effective negotiation, presentation, and account management skills.
  • Dynamic person able to work autonomously to generate leads.
  • Ability to act as a role model for new employees.
  • Interdependent partnership.
  • Intermediate level PC-literacy in MS Office.
  • Driver’s license.
  • Fluent in Greek and English.
