Group Broker Network Officer

Athens, Greece (on-site)

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Group Broker Network Officer to support the day-to-day operation of the local broker network — coordinating asset assignments, viewings and feedback — to ensure assigned REO assets are marketed efficiently, and the Group's commercialization process is followed at local level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the assignment of assets to local brokers (coordinate keys, visits and facility-management task assignments to Reinvest)
  • Visit assets, prepare open-house slots, and provide insights and feedback to the asset management teams
  • Support the Group Broker Network Supervisor in tasks and activities assigned
  • Prepare reports on the visits to assets assigned to the local broker network
  • Review offers submitted by the local broker network and provide guidance on the commercialization process followed

Professional Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Real Estate or a related field
  • Well organized with strong attention to detail
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-service orientation and a hands-on, field-based approach
  • Ability to prepare clear, structured visit and offer reports
  • Good command of English, written and spoken
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Willingness to travel locally; valid driving license
