Your missions:

The Control Tower & Planning agent ensures deliveries to our customers by anticipating product availability. He/She manages ongoing orders and monitors customer deliveries. Provides frontline support to supply chain stakeholders. Ensures the establishment of the master planning (long-term planning) and the definition/monitoring of the budget volume with the product line manager.

On a daily basis:

Customer Product Availability:

  • Monitor and balance daily actual production and actual deliveries to ensure product availability to the customer while respecting monthly forecasts and production capacities.
  • Manage allocations accordingly.
  • Monitor bulk stock levels at factories and coordinate with factories on special events (e.g., plant shutdowns, maintenance).
  • Alert when product availability is at risk.
  • Escalate and implement volume management actions if product availability is structurally threatened.
  • Engage heavily with supply chain stakeholders in the business unit, local factories, customer support, and sales.
  • Alert on significant deviations between expected production and actual production (related to sales volume or production discrepancies).

Intercompany Transactions:

  • Monitor exceptional inter-site flows.
  • Oversee flows between factories and warehouses.
  • Monitor stock levels – ensure a clean stock in cooperation with site supply chain services.

Your profil:

  • Higher education (Bachelor's degree)
  • 3 years of experience in supply chain and planning
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficient in computer tools
  • Knowledge of SAP is preferred
