As a family-run, high-tech company with nearly 19,000 employees at 71 locations worldwide, we are looking for forward thinkers with unconventional ideas and drive to join our team. Our company culture, which values collaboration and mutual trust, creates the ideal framework for boldly trying new things and questioning the status quo. Our technologies inspire people to develop and produce things that are currently unimaginable. Whether lasers, machine tools, EUV or electronics - TRUMPF is building technological worlds for future generations. Are you ready for new challenges?
You analyze and resolve complex technical issues with CO2 OEM lasers and 3D laser systems via remote support from the internal service competence centers (NSC & SCC) and assist our national customers as well as international service organizations with technical inquiries and escalations.
By specifically identifying spare parts and planning and coordinating service operations, you ensure a quick and efficient problem resolution. In exceptional cases, you also support the field service directly on-site.
The careful documentation of case handling in the SIS and the maintenance of the machine history are part of your daily work and ensure seamless traceability.
As part of our service team, you participate in the 24/7 service hotline, ensuring reliable availability for our customers around the clock.
In close collaboration with development and our global service organizations, you actively contribute to product improvements and quality analyses. Additionally, you create technical guides and training materials for national and international service.
A successfully completed training as a state-certified technician in the field of electrical engineering, mechatronics, or mechanical engineering forms your professional basis.
You have already gained at least 5 years of solid professional experience in technical customer service.
A good technical understanding of 3D laser machines enables you to quickly grasp complex relationships.
Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form allow you to communicate smoothly with both national and international environments.
With high initiative and pronounced customer orientation, you take responsibility for your tasks. Your communication and teamwork skills, as well as your solution-oriented thinking, help you to act constructively and reliably even in demanding situations.
An innovative working environment with state-of-the-art equipment and the latest technology that promotes efficiency and creativity.
Flexible working hours and the possibility to work remotely, allowing you to optimally balance your professional and private commitments.
A respectful working environment in a family business that values diversity and equal opportunities.
Diverse fitness and sports programs that help you stay active and network.
Daily freshly prepared, healthy meals at discounted prices, which you can enjoy in our company restaurant or conveniently take away.
