Touro University Nevada

Touro University Nevada is a non-profit, private higher education institution founded in 2004 to address critical needs in health care and education while serving as a resource for community service in Nevada. Headquartered at 874 American Pacific Drive in Henderson, NV, the university opened with 78 medical students and has since grown to serve more than 1,300 students across a range of degree programs in osteopathic medicine, allied health sciences, and education, many of which are the first of their kind in the state. Affiliated with an international system of higher education, the campus also houses a full-service patient health clinic staffed by practicing faculty and a multidisciplinary Center for Autism and Developmental Disabilities, both of which double as hands-on learning laboratories for students. Today, the university employs more than 590 people dedicated to its mission of education and community service.
