Founded in 1977, Springwell, Inc. is an Individual and Family Services organization with more than 40 years of experience creating, managing, and coordinating services for seniors, people with disabilities, and their caregivers. Headquartered at 307 Waverley Oaks Rd., Suite 205, Waltham, MA 02452, the company expanded its reach in July 2022 through a merger with BayPath Elder Services, extending its service area to more than 22 communities across Greater Boston and MetroWest. Springwell employs more than 180 professionals, including case managers, information and referral specialists, protective service workers, social workers, and registered nurses, who serve as dependable and compassionate resources for the communities they support. With extensive knowledge of available public and private resources, the organization is guided by a mission to promote the independence and self-determination of those it serves.
