Founded in Arizona in 2016 by Raul Molina and Eivan Shahara, Mint Cannabis has grown into a significant multi-state operator within the alternative medicine industry. Beginning as a patient-centric medical marijuana dispensary in the Phoenix metropolitan area, the company expanded quickly, opening its first cultivation facility and second dispensary by 2018, and later growing into states including Michigan, Massachusetts, and Missouri through both organic growth and acquisitions such as MedMen's Arizona operations. Mint Cannabis has introduced several industry firsts, including the nation's first cannabis kitchen, a high-tech grow facility, drive-thru dispensary service, online ordering, and a shuttle service, earning recognition such as being named "Most Innovative Medical Cannabis Dispensary" by the International Commercial Cannabis Awards. The company serves both medical cardholders and adult-use customers with a broad range of products, including flower, concentrates, edibles, and wellness items, while emphasizing customer experience and community engagement. Headquartered at 5210 S Priest Dr, Guadalupe, Arizona, Mint Cannabis employs more than 140 people.
