Founded in 1964 by Tom Love, Love's Family of Companies is a retail business headquartered in Oklahoma City and remains entirely family-owned and operated. Growing from a single filling station in Watonga, Oklahoma, the company now operates more than 600 locations across 42 states, expanding at a rate of roughly 40 new stores each year. Love's employs more than 15,900 people and continues to uphold its founding commitment to "Clean Places, Friendly Faces." The company's success is built on core values of integrity, customer focus, strong work ethic, innovation, and perseverance, principles Tom Love instilled from the start and that remain central to hiring and growth today. These enduring values have helped establish Love's as one of America's top-ranked private companies.
