Little Beet is a New York City-based restaurant company founded in 2013 as one of the city’s first exclusively gluten-free eateries. Headquartered at 135 W 50th Street in New York, the company employs more than 50 people. Its mission is to give people access to better food and the knowledge needed to make healthy choices for their mind, body and lifestyle, emphasizing high-quality ingredients, unique flavor combinations and vegetable-forward dishes suited to every appetite. Alongside its full-service sister restaurant, Little Beet Table, the company serves nutrient-rich, seasonal meals made fresh in-house for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
