LifeMoves

LifeMoves is a nonprofit organization dedicated to ending the cycle of homelessness for families and individuals in San Mateo and Santa Clara Counties. Headquartered at 2550 Great America Way, Suite 201, Santa Clara, California, the organization employs more than 300 people who deliver a multi-faceted therapeutic service model combining clean, modern housing with intensive supportive services. LifeMoves programs teach comprehensive life skills, address root causes of homelessness, and build core competencies to help clients achieve long-term self-sufficiency. In-depth programming for children provides academic, physical, and mental health support to overcome trauma and break intergenerational poverty. These efforts have proven highly effective, with 82% of families and 65% of individuals in shelter programs returning to stable housing and self-sufficiency last year.
