Community Options has served North Dakota for nearly 30 years, founded in 1997 on the belief that people should determine how they want to live and work. Operating in the individual and family services industry, the company takes a person-centered approach to assist those facing homelessness, mental health challenges, low income, substance abuse disorders, brain injury, and other barriers. With ten office locations across the state and more than 40 employees, Community Options meets people where they are, offering care coordination, peer support, employment supports, tenancy supports, and in-home care. The organization proudly provides Community Connect, Free Through Recovery, 1915i services (as the first provider in North Dakota), and Family Services following the Family Checkup and Everyday Parenting models, along with Residential and Day Habilitation services in cities throughout the state. Headquartered at 4909 Shelburne St, Bismarck, North Dakota, Community Options exists to help people live individually and remain active in their communities.
