  • Drive profitable growth by managing revenue, margin, market share, and overall business performance for the product line.
  • Lead new product introductions, including market requirements, business cases, pricing strategy, launch planning, and commercialization activities.
  • Develop and execute short-term and long-term product line strategies aligned with customer needs and company objectives.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Technology teams to define product roadmaps and identify future market opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive offerings, customer requirements, and emerging technologies to support strategic decision-making.
  • Partner with Operations and Supply Chain teams to communicate demand forecasts, support capacity planning, and improve product availability.
  • Monitor product performance and identify opportunities to reduce cost, improve lead times, enhance product functionality, and optimize portfolio profitability.
  • Support customer engagements, major bids, quotations, and strategic sales opportunities as the product line subject matter expert.
  • Develop product positioning, value propositions, and launch materials in collaboration with Marketing and Sales teams.
  • Represent the business at customer meetings, trade shows, industry conferences, and market events.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Development, or related commercial roles within telecommunications, networking, broadband infrastructure, or connectivity markets.
  • Proven experience managing product portfolios and driving business growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market, financial, and operational data to support decision-making.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to identifying opportunities and resolving issues.
  • Ability to travel approximately 20–30%, including customer visits, manufacturing sites, and industry events.

You Will Excite Us If You Have:

  • Experience with outside plant (OSP) fiber optic products, including splice closures, fiber connectivity, cable assemblies, or related network infrastructure solutions.
  • Knowledge of FTTx network architectures, broadband deployment practices, and fiber construction methods.
  • Understanding of product costing, margin management, pricing strategy, and P&L concepts.
  • Experience working with broadband service providers, telecom operators, contractors, or network infrastructure customers.
