Area Cleaning Supervisor 📍 Greater Fort Wayne Area & Surrounding Communities 🕒 30+ Hours per Week (Includes Rotating Weekends) 💲 $16–$19/hour (based on experience)

Looking for a role where your leadership and attention to detail truly matter? We’re hiring an Area Cleaning Supervisor to support multiple client locations across the Fort Wayne area. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in their work, leads by example, and values doing things the right way. If you naturally notice the details others miss, take ownership without being asked, and hold yourself to a high standard—you’ll fit right in with our team.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee and support cleaning technicians across multiple locations
• Travel daily throughout the greater Fort Wayne area
• Inspect facilities to ensure consistent, high-quality standards
• Train, coach, and support team members
• Step in to assist with cleaning when needed
• Communicate with clients and resolve concerns professionally
• Ensure teams have the supplies and support they need to succeed

Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
