Caregiver – In-Home Senior Care
Senior Helpers of Arlington Heights Recruiting area: Palatine, IL 60067 Pay: $18.00–$19.50 per hour Part-time and full-time opportunities may be available

WORK LOCATION
Assignments take place in clients' private homes throughout our northwest suburban service area, including Arlington Heights, Rolling Meadows, Barrington, Lake Zurich, Palatine, Inverness, Lincolnshire, and Buffalo Grove. Assignment locations vary with client needs; placement in a particular ZIP code is not guaranteed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
- Compassion, patience, respect, and dependability.
- Clear, professional communication and a commitment to client confidentiality.
- Comfort assisting with personal care and daily living activities.
- Ability to follow instructions and established care procedures.
- Reliable transportation to client assignments within our service area.
- Successful completion of required background checks and employment screenings.
Previous caregiver experience is preferred but not required. Training is provided to qualified candidates who demonstrate the compassion, reliability, and commitment needed to support seniors safely at home.
We welcome caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, PCAs, DSPs, nursing students, retirees, career changers, and others with a passion for helping seniors.
YOUR CONTRIBUTION
Help clients navigate daily life in the comfort of their own homes. Assigned duties may include personal care and daily living assistance, companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders. You will follow each client's individualized care plan, support safety and comfort, document the services you provide, and communicate professionally with clients, their families, and our office team.
