In addition to the base salary range, this position is eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, including commission and/or bonus opportunities. Total compensation will consist of base salary plus incentive earnings and will vary based on individual performance and final role alignment.

  • Sell commercial electronic security solutions including access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, monitoring, and related services.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through proposal development, negotiation, and contract execution.
  • Conduct site assessments and customer discovery meetings to identify security risks, operational challenges, and business needs.
  • Develop customer-focused solutions and proposals that align with client objectives, budgets, and operational requirements.
  • Collaborate with operations, project management, and technical teams to develop solution designs and implementation plans.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, architects, consultants, property management groups, and other industry partners.
  • Identify opportunities to expand services and solutions within customer accounts.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and sales activity records within CRM systems.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, competitors, and market developments.
  • Meet or exceed established sales, pipeline, and revenue goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience with demonstrated success generating net-new business.
  • Experience selling commercial electronic security systems, access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, low-voltage systems, managed services, or related technologies.
  • Proven ability to develop pipeline, secure meetings with decision-makers, and close new business opportunities.
  • Strong consultative selling, relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Working knowledge of commercial security technologies and platforms such as Brivo, Eagle Eye Networks, OpenEye, Verkada, Avigilon, Genetec, LenelS2, Software House, Gallagher, or similar solutions.
