About the Role

This is a traveling position supporting clients in-homes, in-schools, and community settings across Los Angeles County, with occasional time at our San Dimas clinic.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support BTs/RBTs.
• Conduct assessments (FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS, etc.).
• Develop and update treatment plans.
• Monitor client progress and analyze data.
• Provide parent training and support.
• Collaborate with clinical team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA (Required; Masters course must be VCS approved by the BACB).
• Bachelors Degree with proof of enrollment in Master's Program (Acceptable).
• BCaBA, or pursuing BCBA.
• 2+ years of ABA experience (Preferred).
• Reliable transportation + willingness to travel.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
