Hillman is looking for a high-energy, customer-focused Automotive Key Sales Representative to join our growing Mobile Automotive Key Services team. In this role, you'll bring cutting-edge automotive key replacement and programming solutions directly to customers through a fully equipped mobile sales van, helping drivers solve real problems while generating sales and building lasting relationships.

This is more than just a sales position. It's an opportunity to take ownership of your territory, grow your income through commission, and become a key part of a rapidly expanding business. Bilingual Spanish language skills are a plus and may be beneficial when communicating with customers and team members.

What You'll Do

As an Automotive Key Sales Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of growing the business and creating exceptional customer experiences.

You'll:

• Initiate conversations and engage customers with confidence
• Generate interest and create demand for automotive key services
• Educate customers on key replacement and programming solutions
• Use consultative selling techniques to uncover customer needs
• Overcome objections and guide customers toward purchasing decisions
• Convert customer interactions into sales opportunities
• Partner with Mobile Locksmith Technicians to deliver outstanding service
• Build relationships with retail partners and local customers
• Identify new opportunities to drive sales growth
• Maintain a professional, organized mobile sales environment
• Represent the Hillman brand with energy, professionalism, and integrity

Physical Requirements

• Lift and carry up to 30 lbs regularly
• Occasionally push or pull up to 100 lbs
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and driving
• Daily travel throughout the assigned territory, which may include driving up to 200 miles per day
