We promise to walk alongside healthcare professionals to continue to make great contribution to society, now and into the future.

Summary of the Role

The Assistant Product Manager supports the management and growth of the Interventional Oncology and Peripheral portfolio across Terumo Interventional Systems Asia Pacific. • Stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration

Key Functions / Responsibilities

1. Product & Portfolio Management

Take ownership of assigned product marketing initiatives and contribute ideas to regional business and portfolio plans. Develop and localize product positioning, value propositions, key messages, and customer-segment strategies. Proactively identify business opportunities, recommend practical actions, and follow through on agreed activities with country and cross-functional teams.

2. Downstream Marketing (70%)

Plan and execute regional campaigns, congress activities, digital initiatives, educational program, and commercial tools. Partner with country teams and distributors to adapt program to local market needs and improve execution. Monitor customer needs, therapy trends, new technologies, reimbursement, and competitor activity. Conduct market research and voice-of-customer activities and provide regional insights to Global Marketing.

4. Business Planning & Analytics

Analyze market, customer, competitor, campaign, and business-performance data. Translate insights into action plans and contribute to budgeting, forecasting, demand planning, and S&OP.

5. Collaboration & Project Management

Build effective relationships with country teams and functions including Regulatory, Medical, Legal, Finance, Supply Chain and IT. • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills across countries and cultures.
  • Ability to communicate complex clinical and commercial information clearly to internal and external audiences.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships, engage stakeholders, and encourage progress towards shared goals.
