The Opportunity

Basis Technologies is hiring a VP Sales to take ownership of our US sales organisation. We are PE-backed, Great Place to Work certified, and have recently launched Klario, our next-generation Intelligent Change Management platform for SAP-run businesses.

We are looking for a proven enterprise sales leader who has already owned a meaningful number, led enterprise sellers and delivered predictable commercial performance. You will run the US sales organisation as a business, with clear accountability for results, whilst staying close enough to the market to influence strategic enterprise opportunities directly.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You will work closely with Marketing, Solution Engineering, Partners and the wider leadership team, and you will be present in the deals and conversations that matter most.

In This Role, You Will

• Own the US revenue number, with clear accountability for performance across the region.
• Build a reliable forecasting rhythm that gives the executive team confidence in the number.
• Lead, coach and performance-manage a small team of high-value enterprise sellers.
• Improve how complex enterprise opportunities are qualified and progressed, and step in effectively when deals stall.
• Bring sharp commercial judgement on power, politics, procurement, partners and GSIs, and multi-threaded stakeholder groups.
• Stay hands-on in major deals rather than managing purely through reports and process.
• Create a consistent sales operating cadence that works across Marketing, Solution Engineering and Partners.
• Engage directly with customers, partners and the wider SAP ecosystem, including strategic deals and industry events.

Is This Opportunity For You?

Essential

• Proven enterprise software sales leadership. This should not be your first move from individual contributor into management.
• Ownership of a regional or team revenue target, with evidence of delivery against plan.
• Experience leading small, high-value enterprise sales teams.
• Strong forecasting discipline and confidence presenting forecasts at executive level.
• Hands-on involvement in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals, including large strategic opportunities.
• The ability to coach sellers across the full deal cycle.
• Commercial judgement that goes beyond product and technical detail.

Desirable

• Experience in the SAP ecosystem, or selling into SAP-centric enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of SAP transformation, change, DevOps, ALM or closely adjacent enterprise technology.
