Job Description

VP of Product

Decide what generative AI infrastructure becomes Remote (GMT+0 to GMT+4, with US overlap) · Full-time

The job, in one paragraph

At each::labs, our mission is to close the imagination gap. each::labs gives developers one API across 600+ image, video, audio and 3D models, plus an orchestration layer that decides what runs where: routing, fallback, and new cost-optimized models every week. 20,000+ developers use it. We've grown on the strength of the founders' instincts and a very fast engineering team. Now we need someone to own the product: set the vision, build the team, and make the calls that decide what this company becomes.

Why this role, why now

The model landscape changes every week. Our customers range from solo developers to studios shipping AI features to millions of users. The product could go in ten directions, and they all sound reasonable. The job is picking the two that matter and saying no to the rest, clearly enough that everyone knows why.

Your first 90 days (roughly)

Days 1–30: Talk to 30 customers. Read every support thread. Use the product until it annoys you. Write down what you'd change.

Days 31–60: Put a product strategy and a roadmap in front of the founders. Get into an argument about it. Win some.

Days 61–90: Hire your first product teammate. Ship the first thing that's clearly yours.

What you'll own

  • Product vision, strategy and roadmap
  • Building and leading the product team
  • Priorities across engineering, design, GTM and marketing
  • The product metrics, and honest reporting on them to the founders
  • Staying close to customers, model labs and partners

You might be a fit if…

  • You've led product for a developer platform, API, AI or infrastructure company, and it grew on your watch
  • You've built product teams and know what good looks like
  • You're technical enough that engineers trust your judgment
  • You write clearly and lead well in a remote, async team
  • You've done this at an early-stage or fast-growing company and you'd do it again

Probably not for you if…

  • You need a big org and a mature process to have impact
  • You'd rather own the strategy deck than the outcome
  • You can't make regular overlap with US hours work

What we offer

  • Eligibility for stock options
  • 25 days annual leave, plus public holidays where you live
  • Annual salary reviews and a bonus scheme tied to MRR and product milestones
  • Fully remote, ideally between GMT+0 and GMT+4, with regular overlap with US hours
  • High trust, zero micromanagement. We care about outcomes, not hours.
