We’re looking for a visionary marketing leader to architect and execute the overarching strategy across our entire GTM ecosystem. As the VP of Marketing, you’ll shape a high-performing marketing powerhouse, turning creative campaigns and data-driven strategies into measurable revenue growth, deeper customer relationships, and long-term retention.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership & Team Development Develop, lead, and manage a high performing team that drives Revenue growth through Marketing initiatives. Uphold and demonstrate behavior consistent with our Core Values.
• Demand Generation & Revenue Marketing Drive new qualified leads and nurture current client base to increase share of wallet and upsell and cross sell opportunities. Build and maintain email marketing program for all key target segments and trigger events along the customer journey.
• Digital Operations & MarTech Management Own the website experience (including e-commerce site) and HubSpot customer relationship management (CRM) sales and marketing tool. Ensure data accuracy in our CRM, online product catalog, and internal systems using HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Apollo and other tools. Utilize and manage agencies as needed to continually improve website, including on-going SEO optimization, with the goal of qualified lead conversion and improved revenue coming through digital properties.
• Customer Journey & Analytics Develop and lead the digital customer journey - from initial website visit, to lead capture, to nurturing, then to reporting results (KPIs / dashboards)
• Content, Brand & Partner Alignment Build content independently and also use Google to repurpose their content and ensures this content reflects our own Promevo voice and brand positioning. Develop and manage digital lead sharing process with Google partners.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration & GTM Alignment Partner internally with Revenue, Alliances and Product team, to support the acquisition, expansion and retention of clients and revenue.
• Financial & Budget Management Formulate, manage, and optimize the overall marketing budget to ensure maximum ROI across campaigns and channels. Own critical executive metrics including Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), Payback Period, and Marketing Cost of Revenue.
• Product Marketing & Market Intelligence Define messaging, positioning, value propositions, and GTM execution strategies for new product and service launches. Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitive dynamics to inform business strategy and product roadmap alignment.
• Corporate Communications & Brand Strategy Lead high-level corporate brand identity, public relations, and crisis communications strategies. Position company leadership as industry experts through key events, media engagements, and strategic publications.
• Ecosystem & Alliance Growth Formulate joint marketing strategies with Google to unlock co-funding and joint demand gen opportunities beyond standard lead sharing.

Skills and Qualifications:

• BS/BA in marketing, communications or equivalent
• 10+ years experience in Digital Marketing with some of that experience in B2B, technology or SaaS industry preferred
• Experience with digital and CRM KPIs with track record of lead development success
• Hands on experience working alongside agencies to manage website development and optimization (SEO, forms, etc)
• Extensive experience using and administering a CRM to map customer journeys. HubSpot preferred
• Organized and able to use project management methods
• Adept with agency management
• Possess the ability to work independently on projects
• Agile and comfortable with change and a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented, collaborative work style
