The Role:

We are looking for a talented Video Editor to join our branded content and commercial video team. This is a hands-on editing role working across a broad mix of branded video content, from fast-turnaround social-first campaigns to long-form content and commercial productions. The successful candidate will be a strong and adaptable editor, able to adjust their creative and technical approach depending on the platform, audience, campaign and production scale while maintaining consistently high editorial standards. You will work closely with our Video Production, Creative, Commercial and Marketing teams to turn campaign ideas, talent shoots and raw footage into engaging content that connects brands with audiences across gaming, entertainment and online culture. You will be comfortable taking ownership of an edit from initial assembly through to final delivery, bringing strong editorial judgment, creative ideas and technical expertise to each project. The role is fully remote and must be based in the United States within the Eastern Time Zone. You will regularly collaborate with colleagues based in the UK, so sufficient crossover with UK working hours is essential. Occasional travel may be required for productions and other business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit branded video content across short-form, social-first, long-form and commercial formats, taking projects from initial assembly through to final delivery.
• Shape raw footage into engaging, well-paced content with strong storytelling, structure and visual style, adapting the approach to suit the platform, audience and campaign.
• Collaborate closely with Producers, Creative Strategists and the wider Video Production team to deliver the strongest possible creative execution.
• Edit a variety of content including talent-led interviews, creator content, branded entertainment, multi-camera productions and platform-first social video.
• Create and integrate motion graphics, titles, animation, sound design and other visual treatments where appropriate.
• Adapt content across multiple platforms, formats, aspect ratios and campaign deliverables while maintaining consistency and quality.
• Manage internal, agency and client feedback effectively, balancing creative standards with deadlines and campaign requirements.
• Manage multiple concurrent edits through to final delivery, maintaining strong organization, technical standards and a high standard of finishing across color correction, audio mixing, sound design and overall visual and audio quality control.

Essential Experience and Skills:

• Professional experience editing branded content, commercial video, digital content or social video within a media company, publisher, creative agency, production company or similar environment.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating excellent editing, storytelling and technical execution across a range of styles and formats.
• Advanced working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and strong working knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
• Strong understanding of pacing, structure, music, sound design, motion graphics and visual storytelling.
• Experience editing both short-form and long-form digital content for platforms such as YouTube, TikTok and Instagram.
• The ability to work independently, take ownership of projects and make confident editorial decisions.
• Strong organization and communication skills, with experience managing multiple projects, deadlines and rounds of stakeholder and client feedback.
• Experience collaborating effectively with remote and international teams, with sufficient working hours crossover with colleagues based in the United Kingdom.
• Experience preparing projects and assets for external motion graphics, VFX, animation, audio and finishing workflows, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and maintain quality control throughout the process.

Applicants must provide links to relevant work demonstrating their editing experience across digital, social or branded video. Applicants without a portfolio will not be considered.
