We’re looking for an experienced Senior Video Editor with a proven track record of creating performance-driven ads for DTC and e-commerce brands. • Producing variations and iterations for creative testing
• Exporting deliverables for Meta and other relevant platforms
• Applying feedback and performance learnings to future work
• Reviewing your work before submission
• Organizing source footage, project files and final deliverables
• Contributing informed creative ideas when an ad can be improved
• Delivering at least seven high-quality, performance-driven ads per week

This Role Is Not for You If

• You repeatedly submit work without reviewing it

What We’re Looking For

Experience

• At least five years of professional video-editing experience
• At least three years editing paid-social or direct-response creative for DTC or e-commerce brands
• A portfolio demonstrating high-performing Meta or paid-social ads
• Experience working in a high-volume creative environment
• Experience collaborating with Creative Strategists and marketers
• Experience iterating creative based on feedback and performance data

Skills and Tools

• Expert-level video editing
• Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, storytelling and retention
• Short-form, long-form and VSL editing
• Captioning, sound design and platform-specific formatting
• Basic-to-intermediate motion graphics
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• After Effects or an equivalent motion-graphics tool
• CapCut
• AI-assisted editing, video and voice tools

• At least 90% of projects are delivered on time

How Performance Will Be Measured

• Weekly creative output
• On-time delivery
• Revision rate
