Job Description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Vice President, Enterprise Growth (Agency Sales) based in United States.

This is a senior growth leadership role focused on winning new enterprise business and expanding relationships within complex, multi-stakeholder organizations.

You will help shape enterprise go-to-market strategy, prioritize target accounts, and build account-based growth plans.

The role combines strategic selling, executive relationship management, commercial negotiation, and cross-functional leadership.

You will orchestrate teams spanning strategy, media, creative, data, technology, and analytics around compelling enterprise solutions.

Success requires translating complex business challenges into differentiated value propositions and commercially sound deals.

You will operate in competitive, high-value sales cycles while building trusted relationships with senior decision-makers.

This is an opportunity to influence long-term growth within a fast-moving, digital-native environment.

Accountabilities

  • Partner with senior growth leadership to define enterprise targeting strategies, prioritize named accounts, and develop account-based growth plans.
  • Lead RFI and RFP processes, coordinating cross-functional teams to create cohesive storytelling, solution design, and compelling commercial proposals.
  • Own executive engagement from initial chemistry meetings through final presentations, negotiations, and contract close.
  • Develop multi-threaded engagement strategies across enterprise buying committees and connect solutions to high-level business priorities.
  • Shape enterprise value propositions by industry and buyer persona while identifying opportunities across performance marketing, media, data, commerce, brand, and technology.
  • Manage strategic forecasting and deal-risk mitigation using structured methodologies such as MEDDIC, maintaining disciplined oversight of enterprise opportunities.
  • Lead commercial negotiations involving scope, staffing models, pricing, margins, and contract structures.
  • Partner with delivery leaders to support scalable onboarding and establish foundations for long-term account growth.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and PR to amplify enterprise wins, thought leadership, and market visibility.
  • Represent the organization at industry events while developing and maintaining executive-level relationships with prospects and industry influencers.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in agency growth, enterprise sales, strategic business development, or a closely related field, with a demonstrated history of closing large, multi-year agency engagements.
  • Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles and navigating sophisticated procurement environments through negotiation and close.
  • Deep knowledge of performance marketing, media, data, and digital transformation, combined with strong financial acumen around pricing, margins, and deal modeling.
  • Working knowledge of Command of the Message and/or MEDDIC and experience managing enterprise opportunities through Salesforce.
  • Proven ability to build and coordinate cross-functional teams across strategy, media, creative, data, technology, and analytics without relying on direct reporting relationships.
  • Exceptional executive presence, communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and influence complex buying committees.
  • Strong strategic and commercial judgment, including the ability to evaluate opportunity fit, right-to-win considerations, and deal economics.
  • Resilience, composure, and persuasion skills suited to competitive, high-stakes enterprise sales cycles.
  • Experience in a private-equity-backed or high-growth environment is a plus.
  • Established relationships with senior stakeholders across performance, brand, creative, and technology organizations are desirable.
  • Experience working within an agile, entrepreneurial, digital-native agency environment is advantageous.

Benefits

  • Annual salary range of $200,000–$240,000, depending on experience, skills, education, certifications, market factors, location, and scope of responsibility.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and pet insurance.
  • 401(k) matching.
  • Unlimited paid time off.
  • 100% paid parental leave.
  • Short-term disability and additional voluntary insurance options.
  • Extended winter holiday break and 10 paid holidays.
  • Flexible schedules and a remote-first working environment.
  • Work-from-anywhere flexibility in most U.S. states, subject to applicable exclusions.
  • Annual ClassPass credits and additional employee perks.
  • Access to office hubs in Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York for collaboration, events, learning, and development.
  • Performance and compensation programs designed to reflect relevant experience and market conditions.

This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
