This approximately 13 week remote (or onsite at either New Albany, Ohio; Holly Springs, North Carolina; South San Francisco, California; or Thousand Oaks, California) internship program offers meaningful project and operational experiences with the world’s leading biotechnology company. Degree concentration(s) in one of the following areas:
Interest in applying engineering principles, data, AI, automation, and continuous-improvement methods to support project justification, design, development, capital planning, safety, or operational excellence
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
Exposure to data analysis, visualization, Python, SQL, Power BI, BIM/Revit, automation, or generative AI tools are preferred
Strong written and verbal communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage time effectively, work independently when needed, and collaborate in a matrixed environment
Demonstrated curiosity, initiative, and ability to translate technical information into clear recommendations

The base pay range for this opportunity in the U.S. is $28.87 per hour.
