Ui/ux designer

At Jointech-MX, we’re looking for a UX/UI Designer with strong experience in functional products, SaaS platforms, and complex user flows. This position involves working directly with U.S.-based product and development teams to create clean, efficient, and highly functional interfaces for web systems that involve data entry, configuration, and dashboards. Your work will have a direct impact on tools that demand clarity, usability, and scalability.

What You’ll Do

• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI for products with transactional logic or technical complexity
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure designs are practical, aligned with business needs, and technically feasible
• Build and maintain design systems and documentation to ensure visual and functional consistency
• Apply accessibility standards and user-centered design practices
• Participate in validation and review sessions with cross-functional teams
• Continuously iterate designs based on feedback, data, and testing

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer in product or SaaS environments
• Functional portfolio showcasing projects with technical flows, dashboards, or internal tools
• Strong skills in Figma (required); familiarity with Adobe XD, Illustrator, or similar tools
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (nice to have)
• Experience designing for data entry, configuration tools, or complex workflows
• Clear communicator with strong collaboration skills, especially with developers
• Comfortable communicating in English (intermediate/advanced) with international teams
